SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. We use industry-standard shipping methods and packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Shipping costs for orders under $150 will be calculated at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
• Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for online orders or purchase date for in-store purchases.
• Condition: Products must be:
• Unused and in their original condition (no signs of wear, damage, or installation).
• In original packaging, including all manuals, tags, and accessories.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made or special-order parts
• Electrical components (e.g., batteries, wiring harnesses) due to safety and compatibility concerns.
• Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
• Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
• Hazardous materials (e.g., oils, chemicals) per safety regulations.


2. Return Process


1. Initiate a Return:
• Contact our customer service team at Sales@bcrco.net within 30 days of delivery/purchase.
• Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
• We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.
2. Package and Ship:
• Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included components.
• Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt/order confirmation.
• Ship the package to 10905 Cardinal Crest Ln LV, NV 89144 using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the shipment, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
• If we made an error (e.g., shipped the wrong part), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Inspection and Refund:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5–7 business days), we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Refunds cover the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.
3. Exchange Process
• Eligibility: Exchanges are available for the same item (e.g., different size or color) or a comparable item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
• Process:
• Follow the same steps as the return process, indicating you want an exchange.
• We’ll confirm availability of the replacement item and provide instructions.
• Customers cover shipping costs for sending the original item back, unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong part shipped).
• We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item if the exchange is due to our error.
• Price Differences: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll be invoiced for the difference. If lower-priced, we’ll refund the difference.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
• Defective Items: If a part is defective within 30 days of delivery/purchase, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for returns and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
• Damaged Items: Report items damaged during shipping within 5 business days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and packaging to Sales@BCRco.net. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
• Incorrect Items: If we shipped the wrong part, contact us within 5 business days. We’ll send the correct item with a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
5. Restocking Fees
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective items that were correctly shipped, to cover handling and restocking costs.
• No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
6. International Returns
• For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties, unless the return is due to our error.
• Contact us for specific instructions, as return processes vary by country.
